As a fully qualified NLP Practitioner, Educator and Health and Life Coach I offer a range of services that can be individually tailored to the needs of each client or client group. Below are some of the programmes I offer, however, I can be flexible so if there is something you want that is not listed don’t hesitate to get in touch to discuss your requirements.
The Complete Mind & Body Transformation Programme
If you are ready for a complete mind and body reset then this is the programme for you. Whether your goal is to de-stress, lose weight, gain energy. increase confidence or all of the above then this will provide your with the tools, knowledge and insight to achieve your goals.

Group Programmes
I offer both planned and bespoke group coaching programmes. Planned programmes are advertised via social media and run regularly throughout the year. Please contact me for an up-to-date timetable.
Bespoke programmes can be tailored to the specific needs of the clients. These programmes are ideal for a group of friends/family who have similar goals and would like to embark on a life changing experience together. Maximum group size is six.

Individual 90 Minute Session
I offer individual 60 minute sessions for anyone who has something specific they would like to explore, or for people who would like to ‘try out’ coaching before committing to a full programme.

A note to consider….
If you are experiencing anxiety and/or depression then please consult with a Mental Health Practitioner. Whilst coaching can support people in developing self-awareness, resilience and confidence, it is not a replacement for behavioural or cognitive interventions.
